CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so incredibly proud of you and honored to watch your accomplishments and growth!! It is a pleasure to know and observe your strength, passion and beauty. You are incredibly amazing and I love you so much!!

Wow! How did that feel reading those words? Did you read them as though someone were saying these very words to you? If so, how did it make you feel? Was your heart warmed, did you notice a smile emerge? Are these words those that you have been yearning to hear or read?

How about reading the above again, only this time read this as though you are talking to yourself. You are congratulating and praising yourself, confessing your love, admiration and respect for yourself and too honoring your journey. Now how do you feel? Empowered? Lighter? Are you sitting up a bit more straight? I bet you are.

The point? The point is that the very things that we yearn from others are too things that we can give ourselves. Every kindness, every compliment, every encouragement and every ounce of love we can absorb from our own energy. After all, what truly matters is that you are proud enough of yourself, for yourself! You consistently love-on yourself and recognize your brilliance. We can all bless ourselves by simply acknowledging where we are and what efforts we are putting in. Not to confuse this for conditional or transactional love, but acknowledging when we progress, complete and are consistently working towards our goals. Yet, always loving ourselves for simply being. Love every ounce of you, every flaw, every scar, every curve, your smile, love it all.

What will be discovered when we love, congratulate and encourage ourselves is that we will be much stronger when we show up in the world for others.... because we aren't seeking to be filled, as we are already so full. We are beaming with light and love. If someone reciprocates the love, the compliments and congratulations, wonderful! If not, nothing is lost. You are full, you are whole and you are abundant just as you are.

But just in case you are in the place, time and space of your journey where you need a bit of reassurance, I give you this;

You are amazing, necessary, beautiful, seen, you are more than enough, you are a miracle and anyone privileged to know you is a very blessed soul.
