I tried! I did!

To reach that goal that I set mid-year 2020 but what happened as I inched toward the finish line? LIFE ... eh! aaand a hint of procrastination got in the way!

And guess what, it’s OK!

Because what else happened? During this last week, I re-focused my intention to my 1st love; which is writing!

In December of last year, I set out to do something that I attempted for a short while back in 2012... and here we are 7+ years later and I’m a WHOLE YEAR IN with consistent written content and using my love and passion to encourage and inspire people!! Wow! That word, “consistent”... mmm mmm mm almost sweet as this Prosecco and fresh raspberries I have alongside me!

Let me tell you, a lot happens when we step outside of our bubble, kick fear in the neck and strive for consistency, not perfection but CONSISTENCY because something wonderful arises within us when we do something with intention and repetition, our inner light beams and RESULTS follow! What started out with one or two people reading my blog...ended with about 50 people reading, liking and commenting!! To some that may be small but to me that’s major! A 1 person reach is major to me but knowing that my words, insight, testimony etc., reached 50 human beings, 50 beautiful souls....50! That is awesome!! Why, you ask? What’s all the hype about girl? Because, there is something about reading an authentic and God-inspired message, those words stick to the ribs baby! ...And if I can help women elevate, honor, encourage and truly SEE themselves through me.... for them to know that their struggles are not unique but can be overcome & joy coupled with triumph is their portion, then in my opinion that’s a job “well-done”!! So for 2021, my goal is to reach more people! And to land at the end of this year with 104 published posts!! Oooo, I better get started, huh? -What can you stand to be more consistent with in 2021?

If you get nothing else from this entry... get this; you can do, have, be and reach for anything that you want, there is someone totally waiting for exactly what only YOU offer. You Got This!
